Product Introduction

This is a professional workshop tool kit for disassembly and reassembly of diesel common‑rail high‑pressure fuel pumps (Bos-ch CP3 CP4, Denso HP3 HP4, Del-phi and other pumps). It safely takes apart pump housing, SCV suction control valve, cam ring, plunger assembly, seals and internal components without damaging precision pump parts. Technicians can inspect wear, replace worn spare parts, clean components and reassemble pumps for overhaul & remanufacture. It is essential service equipment for diesel repair workshops and fuel pump remanufacturing shops.

How To Use

1. Fix the high‑pressure pump firmly on workbench with the tool fixture, keep working area clean to avoid dust entering pump inner chamber.
2. Use matched adapters, sockets and wrenches from the kit to loosen housing bolts, remove end caps, SCV valve, seals and other external parts step‑by‑step.
3. Apply proper force to extract internal assemblies (cam ring, plunger parts, rotor etc.). Do not knock or pry roughly to prevent deformation.
4. Take out internal worn parts for inspection, cleaning or replacement.
5. Reverse disassembly sequence to reassemble pump components. Install new seals and gaskets, tighten bolts to specified torque.
6. After reassembly, test the repaired pump on fuel pump test bench to verify pressure performance.
