Working Principle

1. High-pressure fuel inside the common rail acts on the sensor's piezoelectric / piezoresistive chip;
2. Pressure changes → changes in chip resistance / voltage;
3. The sensor's internal circuit amplifies the signal and outputs a 0.5–4.5V linear voltage signal to the ECU;
4. The ECU converts the voltage value into actual pressure (0.5V ≈ 0 bar, 4.5V ≈ 2000 bar);
5. The ECU compares the target pressure with the actual pressure and adjusts the pump fuel supply via the SCV (Suction Control Valve).

1> Before using diesel parts, please carefully wash them in clean petrol or diesel.
2.>Nozzle is précised paired parts and has been matched in pairs.
Never exchange nozzle body with its needle.
3.>Nozzle cann't be naked without packaging in air for a long time.
4>After packaging removed and don't use in following days, please put some oil on nozzle to

avoid rusting.
